Step 1: Reservation

Reservation request has to be given at least 21 working days prior to the preferred date for the vacation. For reservations call TravelPort on 1800-22-24-26 or 022-26748000 and give the reservation preferences or fill out the Reservation Form below. Please provide three (3) options of dates and destinations along with the Gift Voucher Number provided by Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. Also, provide contact details like address, mobile number and email address for further communication from TravelPort (information provided will be used only for communication regarding reservation).

Step 2: Confirmation

Within 72 hours, TravelPort will confirm availability of rooms as per the dates/destinations preferences given by you. TravelPort will confirm your booking by email (if email ID has been provided) or by calling on the mobile number/contact number mentioned in the Reservation Form

Step 3: Utility Charges

On confirmation of the date and destination as stated above, please pay utility charges of Rs. 700/- by using Kotak netc@rd by logging in www.travelport.in/kotak and following the instructions contained therein.

» Kotak Bank will provide the Gift Vouchers to eligible customers at the email ID registered with Kotak Bank. To avail of this offer, please redeem the Gift Voucher in the manner prescribed below.

» The Offer is not valid for group bookings.

» The Offer is valid for a couple only. Request can be made at the time of redemption of the Gift Voucher to include extra member(s). However, it is the sole discretion of the Company to allow such request and in case where such request is accepted any expense (s) related to any extra member (s) shall be borne by the Customer.

» Not more than 2 gift vouchers can be redeemed at the same time.

» Complimentary stay as mentioned in the Offer shall include

• 2 nights/ 3 days accommodation for a couple and two children’s bellow 6 year of age.

• The Company will recover Rs. 700/- per voucher from the Bank’s Customer towards Utility charges through Banks another product “Netc@rd” only.

• Vouchers cannot be redeemed during Diwali & Christmas

» Validity of Travel Port Vouchers will be 12 months from the date of Issuance of gift voucher and cannot be revalidated. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash / any other prize of equivalent value.

» Voucher can be redeemed online at www.vacpac.co.in/kotak or by calling TravelPort on Toll Free No. 1800-22-24-26 or 022-26748000. It shall be the sole responsibly of the customer to provide correct information as to the contact number/address/e-mail for correspondence and the Bank shall in no case be liable to the customer for any non-receipt of future correspondence in this regard including but not restricted to confirmation of booking.

» Minimum of 21 working days advance request prior to the preferred date for the vacation is required for confirmation. The Customer should give three options as to the dates and destinations at the time of booking request to process the booking. All room bookings are subject to availability and prior bookings.

» Utility charges of Rs. 700/- for two nights and three days to be paid on confirmation of booking by the customer. The confirmation is subject to payment of the prescribed charges. The utility charge can be paid online using Kotak Netc@rd. Please log on www.travelport.in/kotak

» On confirmation of the booking, TravelPort will issue a confirmation voucher. Customer is required to carry the same to the hotel. Once a confirmation voucher is issued against a particular request, no changes thereafter shall be entertained as to the date and the destination.

» The Offer is not valid for certain peak periods including but not limited to Diwali and Christmas holidays (18th December to 3rd January being considered as Christmas holidays.).

» The Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.

» Hotels as listed in the Offer have rights to charge for the additional facilities including but not restricted to additional bed, telephones, heaters, laundry and other leisure facilities. All extras that are not mentioned in the packages are to be paid directly to the hotel before check-out. Charges for extra beds and accompanying children will be additional. Additional taxes if applicable are to be borne by the holder and have to be paid to the hotel directly.

» The Offer has to be utilized by the Customer to whom the Gift Voucher is issued. The Customer is responsible for his/her family members accompanying the Customer, the particulars of whom are submitted at the time of redeeming the Gift Voucher and duly approved by the Company, in respect of accepting the terms & conditions mentioned herein.

» The Gift Voucher does not include any other administrative charges or facilities not mentioned herein.

» The Gift Voucher can be redeemed only once.

» The Company reserves the right to change the list of hotels mentioned in the Offer without prior notice.

» The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency of services in the said hotels or for any other loss whatsoever of any nature borne by the Customer in the said hotels and the Customer hereby agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that he may suffer on account of the Offer.

» The Bank does not give any guarantee, warranty or make any representation of the said hotels.

» The Bank reserves the absolute right to change / modify / withdraw / suspend / cancel this Offer at any time without giving any notice and without assigning any reason thereof.

» This Offer cannot be availed in conjunction with any other existing offers/discounts

» Any dispute/complaint regarding the stay in the said hotels must be addressed by the Customer in writing to the Company directly and the Bank shall not entertain any communication in this regard.

» All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be settled by Arbitration to be held at Mumbai in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 and referred to a Sole Arbitrator to be nominated by the Bank.

» Any claims shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.

Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
